Assistant Property Manager
Location: Orem, UT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you the friendly face that makes a great first impression? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? We’re looking for a Front Desk & Tenant Relations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a premier office campus.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, has an eye for detail, and loves connecting with people — both in person and online. You’ll be the first point of contact for tenants and visitors and play a key role in office operations, tenant engagement, and social media outreach.

What You’ll Do
Front Office & Administration
Greet visitors and answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
Organize mail, track Certificates of Insurance, and assist with A/P processing
Manage work orders and amenity reservations using internal systems (Yardi)
Run monthly reports and support general office functions
Tenant Relations & Event Support
Help plan and execute fun, engaging tenant events
Draft and distribute newsletters, flyers, and tenant notifications
Assist with our tenant engagement program and enhance the workplace experience
Social Media & Marketing Coordination
Collaborate with marketing and management on monthly content planning
Post and manage content for Instagram and Facebook
Help keep our digital presence fresh, engaging, and on-brand
Support website updates and track engagement

What You Bring
2+ years of administrative experience (commercial real estate or hospitality a plus)
Outgoing, personable, and approachable demeanor
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Professional appearance and a high level of accountability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Yardi and Canva is a bonus
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Passion for social media, tenant engagement, and keeping things organized
