We’re seeking an enthusiastic, detail-driven individual to support project operations within the plumbing and HVAC trades across the Seattle region. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to grow their career in mechanical contracting while working alongside experienced field teams and project leads.
What You’ll Be Doing
Help coordinate daily activities for plumbing and HVAC projects from kickoff through final wrap-up.
Organize and update key project materials, including timelines, technical documents, site notes, and budget or scope adjustments.
Track outstanding action items and assist in moving communication between field and office teams.
Visit active job sites to monitor progress, gather information, and support project needs.
Contribute to maintaining project safety, workflow consistency, and quality standards across all assigned work.
Skills & Experience You Bring
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with scheduling or project software is a plus.
A valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to local worksites.
Bonus Qualifications
Exposure to plumbing or HVAC service, installation, or project coordination.
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, shop drawings, or basic system layouts.
Experience with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar systems.
Education or training related to construction management, mechanical systems, engineering, or project administration.
