Immediate need for an Assistant Portfolio Manager with recent Commercial Real Estate experience. This role will assist the Portfolio Manager with oversight of 6 Retail and Industrial assets.

Duties include:

-Request, collect and catalogue Tenant and Vendor COIs
-Write Purchase Orders and Contracts with provided template
-Code invoices and batch against necessary backup before submitting to Accounting
-Coordinate tenant events
-Issue Rent invoices and perform light collections
-Assist with creation of some property budgets under supervision from the Portfolio
Managers
-Fill out lease abstracts
-May accompany Portfolio Manager on, Cap X and TI construction meetings and walks if interested in growing further as a property manager.

Requirements:
-At least 2 years of recent prior experience as an Admin or Assistant Property Manager with commercial assets. Residential or Apartment management will not be considered for this position
-Active CA Real Estate License is preferred but not required for application.
-Familiarity with Yardi or MRI is necessary for success in this position.
