We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional to support office operations, accounting functions, and recruiting efforts while partnering closely with staff and executive leadership.
Key Qualifications:
2–3 years of related office or administrative experience
2+ years of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience
Working knowledge of accounting principles and billing/reconciliation
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with business software/ERP systems a plus
Strong organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities:
Perform general office administration (scheduling, scanning, supply ordering, W-9 processing)
Execute billing cycles; ensure accurate invoicing and records
Perform daily Accounts Payable duties
Assist with recruiting efforts, including initial screenings and follow-up
Maintain office and pantry supplies; monitor office phone and mail
Support leadership with ad hoc tasks, events, and building management needs
