We’re hiring an Assistant Manager to help run day-to-day branch operations, drive team performance, and support business growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who can balance recruiting, leadership, and client management without dropping the ball.
What you’ll do:
Lead full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
Manage job orders and ensure timely, quality placements
Partner with the Branch Manager on daily operations, reporting, and workflow priorities
Coach and develop recruiters and coordinators to improve productivity and fill ratios
Monitor KPIs (submittals, placements, fill rates) and help the team hit performance goals
Build and maintain client relationships, including handling escalations and service issues
Ensure compliance with onboarding, documentation, and company policies
Support scheduling, timecard management, and overall office coordination
What you bring:
Recent staffing industry experience (required)
Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure
Clear, confident communication with both clients and candidates
Results-driven mindset with a focus on accountability and follow-through
