We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, delivering great customer service, and growing into a future General Manager position.
Pay: Up to $39,500 + tips
Schedule: Full-time (flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays)
Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager with daily operations, scheduling, and team supervision
Help lead and motivate a team of up to 15 employees
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained
Assist with inventory management and ordering
Handle customer questions or concerns with a positive, solutions-focused approach
Support sales tracking, cost control, and operational performance
Step in as acting manager when needed
Qualifications
Prior supervisory or leadership experience
Restaurant or food service experience preferred
ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Interest in career growth toward a General Manager role
Ability to work a flexible schedule
