A growing and fast-paced restaurant organization in the Greater Richmond area is seeking Assistant Managers to help lead daily operations and develop high-performing teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with leadership experience who is looking to grow into a General Manager or senior leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support daily restaurant operations
Supervise, coach, and develop teams of 15–20 employees
Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination
Support cash handling, deposits, and basic administrative tasks
Monitor operational performance and help drive profitability and efficiency
Build strong relationships with guests and the local community
Leadership Training Program
New managers participate in a 5–6 week paid training program designed to set them up for success.
Training includes:
Front and back of house restaurant operations
Opening and closing procedures
Leadership and administrative training
Systems and operational tools
Training Location: Mechanicsville, VA
Schedule: Early morning to afternoon shifts during training
Qualifications
Previous supervisory or management experience required
Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
