REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have 2+ recent experience in Commercial Property Management with management of Office buildings. Residential/Apartment experience will not be considered.
-Experience with MRI preferred

Terrific opportunity now available for an experienced Commercial Property Coordinator or Commercial Assistant Property Manager ready to take the next step in their career! In this position, you will support a Senior Portfolio Manager with the following duties:

-Attend landlord, tenant and vendor meetings
-Collect quotes from vendors for anticipated projects
- Code and submit AP for processing
-Collect tenant billbacks and review charges with the accounting team -Send out rent statements and perform collection calls when needed
-Maintain Tenant and Vendor COIs -Create lease abstracts
-Attend Construction meetings and site walks for TI and CapX projects
-Assist with CAM estimates and reconciliations
