What You’ll Do:
Partner with the Branch Manager to lead branch operations and team performance
Serve as a go-to mentor and support system for bankers and service staff
Build meaningful relationships with personal and small business clients
Uphold compliance, security, and service excellence standards
Actively contribute to community outreach and financial empowerment initiatives
Step in to lead the branch when the manager is away

Who You Are:
A collaborative leader with previous experience in banking, sales, or financial services
Known for your integrity, empathy, and customer-first approach
Motivated to support team growth and branch success
Passionate about financial equity and local impact
Comfortable working in a mission-aligned, fast-paced environment
Experience supervising or coaching staff is a plus
