If you’re a strategic thinker with deep expertise in commercial lending and distressed assets, we’d love to meet you.

Analyze Complex Loans: Underwrite and evaluate distressed or non-performing assets, including CRE and corporate loans.
Manage Risk: Identify early warning signs, assess exposure, and create actionable plans to resolve problem loans.
Evaluate Credit: Conduct thorough financial reviews, cash flow analysis, and creditworthiness assessments to determine loan viability or restructuring options.
Monitor Portfolios: Track loan performance, ensure compliance, and implement turnaround strategies for under performing assets.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with servicing, legal, and collections to craft smart solutions like restructures, forbearance, or modifications.
Lead Negotiations: Take the lead on workouts, restructures, and resolution strategies for troubled loans.
Deliver Insightful Reporting: Create detailed, data-driven reports for leadership and regulatory purposes, highlighting risks, trends, and key decisions.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain accuracy and regulatory adherence across all underwriting and documentation processes.
What You Bring
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications (CFA, CCRA) preferred.
Experience: 5+ years in commercial lending, underwriting, or asset management, with a focus on distressed or high-risk portfolios.
Technical Skills: Advanced financial analysis, credit modeling, and Excel skills; familiarity with underwriting or loan management systems.
Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of CRE lending, credit policies, financial statements, and bankruptcy or restructuring processes.
Core Strengths: Exceptional communicator, skilled negotiator, and critical thinker who performs well in high-pressure situations.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous with numbers, data, and documentation—you spot the risk and take action.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Hands-on experience managing distressed CRE loans or special assets
Familiarity with workouts, restructures, and legal recovery strategies
A track record of negotiating successful loan resolutions
