We’re looking for a detail-driven Electronics Assembly Technician to join our team building high-quality industrial radios in a low-volume, precision-focused production environment.

If you enjoy hands-on assembly, circuit boards, and bringing products to life from components to finished equipment — this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assembling industrial radio units from the ground up

Installing and securing circuit boards

Building and fitting aluminum enclosures

Performing basic electrical testing using a multimeter

Measuring voltages and impedances at specified test points

Ensuring each unit meets quality and performance standards

This is low-volume production — meaning quality and craftsmanship matter more than speed.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in electronic or mechanical assembly

Ability to use a multimeter confidently

Understanding of basic voltage and impedance measurements

Strong attention to detail

Steady hands and pride in clean, precise work

Soldering skills are a big plus
