Department: Operations
Reports To: Assembly Services Production Manager

A local client of ours is looking to hire dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Services Technicians to join our Operations team. This position is responsible for assembling custom products, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring all work meets customer specifications and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in assembly services, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.

Responsibilities
Assemble custom products according to work instructions and customer requirements
Utilize assembly services experience to build and package products accurately and efficiently
Prepare completed assemblies for shipment
Follow quality standards and production procedures
Work closely with production planners, buyers, estimators, and warehouse associates
Create job instruction packets and assist with production scheduling as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Support inventory accuracy and order accuracy initiatives
Participate in process improvement efforts
Meet daily production goals and deadlines
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations
Assembly services experience strongly preferred
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Basic math and reading skills
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods
Frequent bending, stretching, stooping, and reaching
Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment
