About the Role
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals for the position of Cellasto Technician – Inspection/Assembly I with BASF Corporation. This role involves inspecting, assembling, and finishing manufactured parts in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Perform visual inspection of finished products for defects
Complete minor finishing and basic assembly tasks
Accurately enter production and inspection data into electronic systems
Use measuring tools such as rulers, gauges, and clippers
Follow standard operating and safety procedures
Support material movement from production lines to staging areas
Assist with equipment changeovers while maintaining safety and productivity
Conduct routine safety and quality checks on equipment
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Train and support other team members as needed

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Stable work history with jobs lasting 1+ years preferred
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Comfortable sitting for extended periods during inspection tasks
Basic English communication and math skills required
Experience using measurement tools preferred
Strong attention to detail and visual inspection ability
Must wear steel/composite toe shoes and follow PPE requirements
Shift Options
Please include 1st and 2nd shift preference on resume
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Sun–Thu)
Additional Information
Mandatory online assessment required before interview consideration
60-day probation period for attendance and production
Overtime may be required
PPE provided by company (except safety shoes/boots)
Headshot required upon offer acceptance for badge processing
Dress Code
Jeans or cargo pants required
No sweatpants or leggings
Steel toe/composite toe footwear required
