Reports To: Assembly Services Production Manager
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Position Summary
Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, building high-quality products, and being part of a team that takes pride in getting things done right? We’re looking for a motivated Assembly Services Technician to join the Operations team! In this role, you’ll help bring custom solutions to life—assembling, packaging, and shipping products that meet exact customer specifications.
Success in this role is simple and clear: your number is 100% completed assemblies for the day. If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:
-Assemble custom products according to specifications and internal certification processes
-Wrap large tubes and use machine for bending.
-Collaborate with production planners, buyers, estimators, and warehouse teams to meet daily goals
-Package and prepare assemblies for shipment with accuracy and care
-Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace through assigned housekeeping tasks
-Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Support key quality objectives, including on-time shipping, order accuracy, and inventory accuracy.
-Follow standard operating procedures and established workflows
-Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively contribute ideas
-Assist with scheduling production and creating job instruction packets as needed
-Demonstrate strong communication, active listening, and a customer-first mindset in all interactions
What You Bring:
-High school diploma required; assembly certifications are a plus
-Experience in a manufacturing environment required
-Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand product features and benefits
-Basic math and English skills
-Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
-Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
-Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for most of the day
