Hiring a skilled Medical Device Assembler II to support precision assembly in a cleanroom, quality-driven manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, early morning schedule (Monday–Thursday with Friday overtime as needed).

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble medical devices across multiple product lines at or above standard rates
Follow detailed written work instructions and Quality System procedures
Complete accurate production documentation (Device History Records, Data Sheets, Lot Control)
Operate microscopes, test equipment, ultrasonic welders, soldering irons, calipers, and gauges after training
Maintain cleanroom protocols and safe work practices
Cross-train on additional product lines and support Lean initiatives

Requirements:
1–2 years of medical device or ISO-certified assembly experience (or 2–3 years in lieu of diploma)
Ability to read and follow detailed verbal and written instructions
Strong fine motor skills and dexterity for small-part assembly
Basic math and computer skills (MS Windows)
Knowledge of GDP, GMP, and Lean Manufacturing preferred
Ability to maintain reliable attendance and work overtime as needed
