We are seeking a detail-oriented technician to support printed circuit board (PCB) preparation and conformal coating operations. This role is responsible for masking and de-masking circuit boards according to drawings, process documentation, and work instructions, as well as performing staking, potting, and coating operations. The technician will work with very small and delicate components, often under a microscope, and may operate automated dispensing or coating equipment as required. Success in this role requires exceptional manual dexterity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to select and use appropriate tools to ensure high-quality results while maintaining compliance with ISO9001, AS9100, and other applicable quality standards. Experience with PCB conformal coating and encapsulation is preferred but not required.
