We are hiring reliable and detail-oriented professionals for a short-term manufacturing launch support project in Austin. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, assembly, quality control, production support, material handling, or plant operations.
This is a fast-paced plant environment where team members will support assembly line operations through observation, verification, documentation, and issue escalation. Candidates must be able to commit to the full project duration.
Responsibilities
Monitor assembly/application stations for process abnormalities
Verify product coverage and process compliance
Observe robotic and automated assembly operations
Monitor material conditions including viscosity, mix, and temperature
Identify defects, drift, or repeated process issues
Escalate concerns quickly and accurately to leadership
Maintain detailed shift notes and handoff documentation
Qualifications
Manufacturing or production environment experience preferred
Familiarity with automated assembly or robotic processes
Strong attention to detail and problem recognition
Clear communication and documentation skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in a launch environment
Comfortable working flexible shifts and changing priorities
