Job Summary

We are seeking an Assembly Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Sylmar, CA within the aerospace and defense manufacturing industry. As an Assembly Associate, you will work with blueprints, work instructions, hand tools, and quality procedures to support the production of precision parts used in demanding aerospace applications. Key Responsibilities

- Assemble precision aerospace components according to blueprints, work instructions, and production standards.
- Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment to complete assigned manufacturing tasks.
- Follow quality procedures to ensure parts meet required specifications and workmanship standards.
- Inspect completed work for accuracy, fit, and overall quality before moving to the next production step.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with manufacturing guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members, leads, and quality personnel to support production goals.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour.
