Job Summary
We are seeking Entry Level Assembly candidates for an opportunity in Orange, CA within the aerospace and defense manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components according to work instructions, production standards, and quality requirements.
- Inspect parts and finished assemblies for accuracy, workmanship, and defects.
- Operate basic hand tools, assembly tools, and production equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
- Meet daily production goals while following established safety and quality procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support efficient manufacturing operations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $19.50 to $21.00 per hour.
- Salary range also noted as $38,500 to $40,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Inspect parts and completed assemblies to identify defects, errors, or workmanship issues.
- Use basic hand tools, assembly tools, and production equipment in a safe and consistent manner.
- Support daily production goals while maintaining safety, quality, and cleanliness expectations.
- Entry level candidates are welcome, with less than 1 year of experience accepted.
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions accurately.
- Comfortable performing hands-on assembly work in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Basic ability to use hand tools and simple production equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality for a 2nd shift schedule.
- Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous assembly, production, manufacturing, warehouse, or hands-on technical experience.
