A leading aerospace manufacturing company in Camarillo is urgently hiring Mechanical Assemblers and Electronic Assemblers to join their growing production team. This is a great opportunity to work in a stable, highly regulated aerospace environment with excellent long-term benefits and union representation once hired permanently.

Schedule
Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime is required Monday through Saturday (no exceptions)
Key Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical or electronic components according to engineering drawings and work instructions
Perform precision assembly of aerospace components and subassemblies
Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and assembly equipment
Follow strict quality, safety, and documentation standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Support production timelines and team collaboration
Required Qualifications
? Previous mechanical or electronic assembly experience
? Ability to read and follow technical instructions or drawings
? Strong attention to detail and quality standards
? Stable work history (no job hopping – reason for leaving each role required)
? Ability to commit to required overtime schedule
Compliance Requirements
Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)
Must pass background check and drug screening
Company follows Federal and FAA guidelines
