We are seeking an Assembler/Warehouse Associate for an immediate temp-to-hire opportunity in Camarillo, CA. This hybrid role is ideal for a dependable, hands-on professional who enjoys both warehouse operations and electro-mechanical assembly in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, shipping, material handling, stocking, kitting, cycle counting, and inventory control duties.
- Pull and distribute materials to production teams while maintaining accurate inventory records and transactions.
- Process outbound shipments using UPS and FedEx systems and support general warehouse operations.
- Complete electro-mechanical assembly, product testing, final assembly, component preparation, and labeling.
- Use hand tools, pneumatic equipment, work instructions, packing slips, and mechanical drawings to support production.
- Assist multiple production departments as needed while maintaining quality, safety, and organization standards.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $20 to $23 per hour, depending on experience.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Overtime may be required, including occasional weekends.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Immediate openings available.
- Support warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, kitting, cycle counts, and material handling.
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly, product testing, component preparation, and final assembly support.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and complete system transactions.
- Work closely with production teams to keep materials, assemblies, and shipments moving efficiently.
- At least 1 year of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
- At least 1 year of warehouse, stockroom, shipping and receiving, or inventory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with inventory control, kitting, cycle counts, and material handling.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to read work instructions, packing slips, and mechanical drawings.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in an active production environment.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, dependability, and a steady work history.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
- Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements.
- Must pass background screening and drug screening.
- Updated resume required with month and year listed for each employment position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Electronics manufacturing experience.
- ERP or MRP system experience.
- IPC-610 knowledge.
- Experience with ESD and ISO procedures.
- International shipping experience.
- Immediate availability.
