Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Assembler/Warehouse associate for a hands-on manufacturing and production role in La Vergne, TN. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, staying active throughout the shift, and contributing to the assembly and packaging of consumer packaged goods.

As an Assembler/Warehouse associate, you will rotate through different production tasks, assemble product components, operate required assembly equipment, and help keep the work area clean, safe, and organized. This is a great opportunity to build your manufacturing experience in a structured, team-oriented environment with supportive leadership, clear expectations, and steady weekday schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble, fabricate, and package manufactured products by hand according to production requirements.
- Perform manual and light mechanical assembly tasks as part of a rotating team production process.
- Operate required assembly equipment safely and accurately.
- Rotate through multiple tasks within the production line to support workflow and team goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow company safety practices, report unsafe conditions, and support departmental productivity goals.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $16 per hour.
- Location: La Vergne, TN 37086.
- Job type: Direct Hire.
- Assignment length: 11 months.
- 1st shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- 2nd shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Assemble and package manufactured products in a production environment.
- Rotate through assembly line tasks and support team-based production goals.
- Operate assembly equipment and perform light mechanical assembly functions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work thoroughly and accurately.
- Ability to add and subtract 2-digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10s and 100s.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and regularly sit, stand, or walk during the shift.
- Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
- Manual dexterity to reach, handle items, work with fingers, and identify attributes of objects and materials.
- Ability to talk, hear, and meet vision requirements including close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- Commitment to following safety practices, company policies, and production procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, packaging, or consumer packaged goods production.
- Familiarity with rotating production line tasks.
- Experience using basic assembly tools or light mechanical equipment.
- Strong reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn multiple production processes.
