Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Services Technician for a full-time contract opportunity in Fremont, CA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented manufacturing professional with prior hands-on experience in a high-volume electric vehicle production environment and a strong understanding of fast-paced assembly operations, lean manufacturing practices, quality standards, and production KPI accountability.

The Assembly Services Technician will support assembly, packing, shipping, production coordination, and inventory accuracy for custom-built solutions. Key Responsibilities


- Assemble products according to certified assembly procedures, customer specifications, and established quality standards.
- Pack and ship completed assemblies while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time delivery.
- Support production planning by preparing job instruction packets and coordinating with warehouse, purchasing, and production teams.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, order accuracy, and proper documentation throughout the production process.
- Follow all SOPs, safety procedures, manufacturing guidelines, and lean manufacturing practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area while meeting daily production targets.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $25.00 to $27.50 per hour.
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract/Temporary.
- Schedule: 1st Shift, 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Location: Fremont, CA 94538.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Assemble custom products according to production procedures and quality requirements.
- Support packing, shipping, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouse, buyers, and production teams to meet customer deadlines.
- Meet daily production targets with a focus on 100% quality and accuracy.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior hands-on experience in a high-volume electric vehicle manufacturing or production environment required.
- 3 to 5 years of assembly, manufacturing, or production operations experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, KPI-driven manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer, math, and English communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- Ability to multitask, follow detailed instructions, and consistently meet production goals.
- Must be available to work 1st Shift from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Preferred Qualifications

- Assembly certifications.
- Warehouse or distribution experience.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
