Assembly Services Technician — MUST HAVE TESLA EXPERIENCE

Schedule: 2nd Shift (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM)

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT — TESLA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are specifically seeking candidates with previous hands-on experience working at Tesla as an Assembly Technician or in a manufacturing/production role.

?? Applicants without Tesla manufacturing experience will not be considered.

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Assembly Services Technician to support the assembly, packing, and shipping of custom-built solutions according to exact customer specifications.

The ideal candidate has already worked within Tesla production operations and can immediately contribute in a high-performance manufacturing environment.

Success in this role is measured by achieving daily production targets with 100% quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble products following certified assembly procedures and quality standards
Pack and ship completed assemblies according to customer requirements
Support production planning and prepare job instruction packets
Coordinate with warehouse, buyers, and production teams to meet deadlines
Maintain inventory and order accuracy
Follow all SOPs, safety procedures, and manufacturing guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Contribute to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
MUST HAVE previous work experience at Tesla
Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production operations
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Basic computer, math, and English communication skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
Ability to multitask and consistently meet production goals
Must be available for 2nd shift (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM)
Preferred Qualifications
Assembly certifications
Warehouse or distribution experience
Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
