Assembly Technician – 2nd Shift (Swagelok)

?? Pay: $27.50/hr + 10% Shift Differential

We are urgently hiring an Assembly Technician to support custom manufacturing and assembly operations in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in high-volume production settings such as Tesla or similar manufacturing companies.

?? Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products according to specifications and certification standards
Ensure 100% completion of daily assembly targets
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and planning teams
Build, pack, and prepare assemblies for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve productivity and quality
Support quality metrics such as order accuracy and on-time delivery
? Qualifications:
High School Diploma required
Minimum 2+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience required
? Experience at Tesla or similar high-volume manufacturing environments strongly preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks
Basic computer and math skills
