Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assembler/Solderer for a hands-on manufacturing role in Camarillo, CA. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented assembly professional with active J-Standard certification and strong soldering experience who enjoys precision work, production quality, and supporting mission-critical manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build product assemblies and sub-assemblies according to blueprints, specifications, and daily production requirements.
- Perform soldering, assembly, repair, rework, disassembly, and rebuilding of assemblies or sub-assemblies as needed.
- Conduct in-process inspections to support quality standards and production accuracy.
- Operate mechanical tools and small precision hand tools to complete detailed assembly work.
- Request materials from the stockroom and support production flow to meet schedule requirements.
- Follow established policies and procedures while promoting teamwork and assisting with training new personnel as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $24 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Saturday schedule: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Overtime is required Monday through Saturday.
- Location: Camarillo, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to blueprints and specifications.
- Perform soldering work in accordance with J-Standard requirements.
- Complete in-process inspections and support production quality.
- Perform repair, rework, disassembly, and rebuilding of assemblies as needed.
- Active J-Standard certification is required.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant assembly, soldering, or manufacturing experience is required.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, specifications, work instructions, and production procedures.
- Experience using mechanical tools and small precision hand tools.
- Ability to work independently after training and perform production processes with minimal assistance.
- Strong attention to detail, quality focus, reliability, and teamwork.
- Must meet ITAR requirements, including being a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Must pass required background and drug screening requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
- Previous experience training or mentoring new production team members.
- Familiarity with stockroom material requests, production schedules, and quality documentation.
- Strong rework and repair skills for detailed assemblies and sub-assemblies.
