Job Summary
We are seeking an Assembler (Second Shift) for an onsite contract opportunity in La Vergne, TN. This Production/Assembly Associate role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on manufacturing work, a steady Monday through Friday schedule, and contributing to a team-focused production environment.
In this role, you will assemble, fabricate, package, and prepare products while rotating through different workstations to support daily production goals. The position offers consistent hours, clear expectations, and the opportunity to build experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with supportive team collaboration and safety-focused processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, fabricate, and package products by hand according to production requirements.
- Perform manual and light mechanical assembly tasks with accuracy and consistency.
- Rotate through various production and assembly stations to support workflow needs.
- Operate assembly equipment as needed while following established procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and complete assigned duties.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
- Shift: Second shift.
- Location: Onsite in La Vergne, TN 37086.
- Anticipated Duration: 12-month contract.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Assemble, fabricate, and package products in a production environment.
- Perform manual and light mechanical assembly tasks.
- Rotate between assembly stations and support production workflow.
- Operate assembly equipment as needed.
- 1 to 2 years of related production, assembly, manufacturing, or hands-on work experience.
- Experience working effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks accurately.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
- Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Good hand dexterity for handling small parts and performing assembly work.
- Ability to communicate effectively and meet vision requirements, including close vision and focus adjustment.
- Commitment to following safety policies, procedures, and quality expectations.
