Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler - Medical Device for a temp-to-perm opportunity in Duluth, GA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on production work, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality medical device kits.
You will work in a clean, climate-controlled office environment with a team-focused culture, supportive leadership, and clear daily production goals. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble medical device kits by accurately selecting, organizing, and packaging components according to work instructions.
- Verify kit contents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.
- Perform visual quality inspections before packaging, labeling, and preparing kits for shipment.
- Replenish assembly materials, organize supplies, and maintain a clean and professional workspace.
- Process returned products, assist with cycle counts, and support accurate inventory records.
- Complete assembly, quality, and inventory documentation accurately and on time.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $17.00 per hour.
- Annual compensation: $35,360 per year.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shift.
- Position type: Contract/Temporary, temp-to-perm.
- Location: Duluth, GA.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Assemble, inspect, package, label, and prepare medical device kits for shipment.
- Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures for production and quality.
- Support inventory accuracy through documentation, cycle counts, returns processing, and material organization.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred in assembly, kitting, production, manufacturing, warehouse, or medical device assembly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and production documentation.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Medical device assembly experience.
- Kitting, kit assembly, or small parts assembly experience.
- Quality inspection or quality assurance experience.
- Inventory control, pick, pack, and ship, or material handling experience.
- Experience in healthcare, medical device, or other regulated product environments.
