Assembler – Full-Time (4/10 Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM)

Pay Range: $17.50–$22.00 per hour (DOE)

We’re expanding our client's team and they are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Assembler to join their growing manufacturing operation. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in precision, and can follow detailed instructions, this could be a great fit for you.

Schedule:
This position follows a 4/10 Alternative Work Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Every Friday OFF

Reliability and consistent attendance are essential.

About the Role:
As an Assembler, you will build small, precision components using hand tools, magnification equipment, and detailed written instructions. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure products meet strict quality and safety standards.

They are increasing automation across our processes, so comfort using computers, tablets, or scanners is important. You’ll use digital interfaces to log work time, move between jobs, and request inspections.

Soldering experience is a plus but not required—training opportunities are available.

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble complex production components using small hand tools and power tools

Follow detailed written and verbal instructions, including travelers/routers

Perform precision assembly to meet tight tolerances

Work independently while communicating effectively with the team

Participate in required training and certification programs

Complete additional tasks as assigned by Production or Manufacturing leadership

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Previous ESD training or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire

Comfort using computers, tablets, or scanners for basic work functions

Preferred Experience (Not Required)
Soldering experience, including fine-point soldering under magnification

In-process inspection experience

Skills & Attributes:
Strong attention to detail

Excellent finger dexterity and near-vision capability (annual vision testing required)

Steady hand/arm coordination

Ability to follow precise instructions and maintain quality standards
