Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Huntington Beach. In this role, you will assemble, wire, and test precision motion devices and control systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working with mechanical and electronic components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble electro-mechanical components, assemblies, and subassemblies
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Perform point-to-point wiring for power and control systems
Build cables including crimping and connector pin insertion
Perform light soldering (non-PC board level)
Assemble, disassemble, and replace parts as needed
Conduct visual and in-process inspections
Test and tune precision motion devices
Report defects, discrepancies, or damaged components
Maintain accurate production and testing documentation
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions
Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical skills
Basic to intermediate computer skills (Windows-based programs)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Physical Requirements
Stand, walk, and bend up to 50% of the time
Remain stationary up to 50% of the time
Lift up to 50 lbs
Perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
Operate computers and standard office equipment
Work Environment
Warehouse/manufacturing setting
Fluorescent lighting
No central A/C or heating
Moderate noise levels
