Will work the 4/10 AWS (Monday - Thursday - OFF every Friday) 6AM - 4:30PM
Reliability and arriving to work on time every day is key.

The Assembler works with various departments to create products per specific customer instruction and engineering guidelines. The Assembler uses travelers and other professional guidelines to ensure that quality and safety standards are adhered to during production. They may be trained to solder to company standards through internal training, certification, and hands on experience, or through external experience and demonstrated testing of skill.
Responsibilities
Accomplish various complicated production assemblies.
Operate various production equipment including hand tools and power tools.
Assemble products based on verbal or written instructions through use of routers/travelers.
Participates in training and certification programs as required.
Performs other tasks as assigned by the manufacturing or production management.
Requirements

Education
A high school education or equivalent is required.
Professional Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in related is required.
Solders using specified gage wires, and often under 10x microscopes for fine point soldering and applications. Prior solder training and experience is a plus
In-process inspection experience a plus, but not required
Experience working with and mixing compounds for potting preferred, but not required

Special Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; Spanish is a bonus, but not required
Near Vision- The ability to see details at a close range (within a few feet of the observer)
Finger Dexterity- The ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects.
Oral Comprehension- The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoke words and sentences
Arm-Hand Steadiness- The ability to keep your hand and arm steady while moving your arm or while holding your arm and hand in one position.
Manual Dexterity- The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects
Attention to Detail- Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks
Dependability- Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations
Cooperation- Job requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good natured, cooperative attitude
Integrity- Job requires being honest and ethical
ITAR Requirements: Conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as define by ITAR.
ITAR (22 CFR120.15) or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
