We are seeking an Assembler for a contract/temporary opportunity in Sunland, CA. This entry-level manufacturing position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn basic shop and assembly processes, and is ready to support a production team in a variety of daily tasks.
This Assembler role offers training in a machine shop environment and the opportunity to build practical manufacturing skills. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sanding small parts, simple assembly, and basic manufacturing tasks.
- Clean, deburr, and prepare finished parts according to instructions.
- Support machine operators, machinists, and production team members with assigned tasks.
- Help maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including work areas, bathrooms, and yard areas.
- Follow written and verbal instructions to complete work accurately and safely.
- Perform general production, cleanup, and shop support duties as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Location: Sunland, CA.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the work environment.
- No experience required, but candidates must be willing to be trained.
- Must be able to work around machine shop equipment.
- Physically fit and able to perform hands-on manufacturing and cleanup tasks.
- Able to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Strong initiative, analytical ability, and willingness to learn.
- Hands-on mentality with a drive for continuous personal development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in assembly, production, machine shop support, sanding, deburring, or general labor is helpful but not required.
- Familiarity with basic shop safety practices is a plus.
- Dependability, punctuality, and flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks are strongly preferred.
