Job Summary
We are seeking an Assembler for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Rowland Heights, CA with an international manufacturer and distributor of computer hardware products. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on warehouse, fulfillment, and assembly-related work in a fast-paced production environment.
The Assembler will support order fulfillment, inbound receiving, container organization, and WMS system operations. Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for fulfillment.
- Receive inbound shipments and verify materials according to warehouse procedures.
- Organize containers, inventory, and product flow to support efficient operations.
- Operate the WMS system to track, process, and update warehouse activity.
- Handle computer hardware products with care, accuracy, and attention to quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following company procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $45,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Perform order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
- Support inbound receiving and container organization.
- Operate WMS software to process and track warehouse activity.
- Assist with handling, organizing, and moving computer hardware products.
- WMS operating experience is required.
- Minimum high school education is required.
- Basic knowledge of computer components is required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- No directly related work experience is required, although 1 to 2 years of warehouse, assembly, production, or fulfillment experience is helpful.
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to follow instructions, maintain accuracy, and support a productive warehouse workflow.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, assembly line, manufacturing, production, or order fulfillment environment.
- Familiarity with computer hardware products such as motherboards, graphics cards, laptops, or desktop PCs.
- Experience using barcode scanners, inventory systems, or warehouse management software.
- Strong attendance, positive attitude, and interest in growing with a technology-focused organization.
