What You’ll Do
?? Assembly & Integration
? Assemble industrial systems and electronic components including:
• Racks
• Panels
• Modules
• Wiring harnesses
• Cable assemblies
? Perform:
• System integration
• Extended temperature testing
• Functional testing
• Value-added production tasks
? Complete finished orders according to customer specifications
? Wiring & Technical Setup
? Perform electrical wiring, cable routing, and connector installation
? Follow safety guidelines and industry standards
? Install operating systems on systems as needed
? Perform BIOS updates in DOS environment
?? Technical Documentation
? Read and interpret:
• Manufacturing orders
• Assembly instructions
• Technical drawings
• Electrical schematics
?? Production Support
? Maintain clean and organized production area and equipment
? Support Lead Operations Technician with various production tasks
? Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and management
Qualifications
Education
?? High School Diploma or equivalent required
? Technical certification in:
• Electronics
• Electrical Systems
• System Assembly preferred
Skills & Experience
? Hands-on experience with:
• System assembly
• Electrical wiring
• Industrial computer builds
? Comfortable using:
• Hand tools
• Power tools
• Electronic test equipment
? Strong attention to detail and quality standards
? Team player with strong communication skills
