About the Role
We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated Assemblers to join our team. This role is a hybrid position that combines Cleanroom Assembly and ElectroMechanical Assembly tasks. You will play a critical part in building high-quality products that meet strict industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform assembly of components in a cleanroom environment, following safety and contamination-control protocols.

Assemble and test electromechanical devices, including wiring, mechanical fittings, and subassemblies.

Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.

Operate hand tools, microscopes, and precision measuring instruments.

Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.

Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

Prior experience in cleanroom assembly or electromechanical assembly is highly desirable.

Ability to work with small parts and perform fine motor tasks with precision.

Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions and cleanroom protocols.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Team-oriented with good communication skills.
