We are seeking a skilled Assembler with strong electro-mechanical experience to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, can work independently, and takes pride in precision and quality.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with benefits available.
What You’ll Do
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and build instructions
Assemble and test electro-mechanical products and subassemblies
Perform point-to-point wiring of power and control systems
Build cables, perform crimping procedures, and insert connector pins
Complete light-duty soldering (non-PC board level)
Tune and test intricate motion devices
Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
Document testing and manufacturing data using Windows-based programs
Conduct in-process inspections and communicate issues to engineering
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma
Minimum 3 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
Strong ability to read schematics and technical drawings
Hands-on technical skills with small mechanical and electrical components
Experience with wiring, crimping, and light soldering
Comfortable using computers for documentation and testing
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Warehouse setting (fluorescent lighting, no A/C or central heating)
Moderate noise levels
Standing/walking approximately 50% of the time
Stationary work approximately 50% of the time
Repetitive hand and wrist movements
Lifting up to 50 lbs
