We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Device Assembler II to join our growing team. This is an early morning, full-time opportunity within a clean, quality-driven manufacturing environment focused on precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble medical devices across two or more product lines at or above standard production rates
Follow written work instructions and Quality System procedures
Accurately complete production documentation (Device History Records, Data Sheets, Lot Control)
Operate manufacturing and measurement equipment after training (microscopes, test equipment, ultrasonic welders, soldering irons, calipers, gauges, etc.)
Work in a cleanroom environment following required protocols
Cross-train on multiple product lines as needed
Assist with training and support team initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Shared Leadership activities
Maintain safe work practices and proper housekeeping standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred with 1–2 years of medical device or ISO-certified assembly experience
OR 2–3 years of relevant medical device or ISO-certified assembly experience in lieu of diploma
Ability to understand verbal and written work instructions
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks at a consistent pace
Fine motor skills and high level of dexterity to assemble small parts and subassemblies
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
Basic MS Windows and computer skills
Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Lean Manufacturing preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow strict quality standards
Must maintain reliable attendance and be flexible for overtime or shift adjustments as needed
