Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Final Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will work in lean manufacturing cells performing final assembly of our infrared (IR) camera products and cores. The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment, demonstrates flexibility, and is committed to producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform final assembly of IR camera products and cores within lean manufacturing work cells
• Follow lean manufacturing processes and adhere to detailed work instructions
• Read and interpret verbal and written assembly instructions
• Ensure all products meet established quality standards
• Inspect finished products as required
• Train and cross-train on new products and work across multiple product lines
• Accurately read and enter data using computer systems as needed

Qualifications & Skills
• Strong fine motor skills with the ability to assemble small, precision parts
• Experience using small hand tools with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Soldering experience highly preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Understanding of quality standards in product assembly
