AppleOne has partnered with a company in Huntington Beach needing an Assembler. This is a temp-to-hire role, full-time.
Job Summary:
The Assembler is responsible for the assembly and testing of a variety of products. This position requires an individual who can work independently, with minimal supervision to complete projects. Must be capable of working under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety at all times.
Essential Job Functions:
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and written instructions to complete assemblies and subassemblies;
• Work with small mechanical and electronical parts and devices;
• Visually inspect product and report feedback or damages to supervisor;
• Work with measurements;
• Clean, assemble, disassemble, and replace parts as required;
• Wire, assemble, tune and test intricate motion devices
• Perform organized, well laid out, point to point wiring of our power and control systems
• Cable building involving various crimping procedures and proper connector pin insertions
• Light duty soldering (non-PC board level)
•Other duties as assigned
Experience and Education Requirements:
-High School Diploma
-Minimum 3 years’ experience assembling electro-mechanical devices
-Advanced computer knowledge with Windows based programs will be required for documentation, testing and various manufacturing related tasks.
-Ability to read, understand and follow drawings, schematics and build instructions
