Electronics Assembler / Soldering Technician – Job Duties
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembler with strong soldering expertise and a track record of supporting high-reliability production environments. The ideal candidate is committed to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
• Solder critical components onto high-reliability circuit boards in full compliance with IPC-J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 workmanship standards
• Maintain high levels of efficiency while identifying, recommending, and supporting process improvements
• Support quick-turn production requirements to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
• Perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a proactive approach to learning new techniques and tools
• Consistently deliver results that meet established commitments, production goals, and deadlines
• Work overtime as required to meet production demands
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to implement quality and performance enhancements across the production line
