Location: Waltham, MA (100% Onsite)
Pay Rate: $19.50 – $23.15 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler II to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves mechanical and measurement assembly of components and sub-assemblies while following defined procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities
• Perform mechanical and measurement assembly on components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies
• Follow established methods and sequences for wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable assembly, bonding, and fitting
• Read and work to blueprint specifications and tolerances
• Complete work orders on schedule to maintain production flow
• Operate equipment used in manufacturing processes
• Identify and report non-conforming materials or equipment issues
• Maintain accurate labor and production records
• Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Maintain 5S and cleanliness standards in the work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of related manufacturing or assembly experience
• Experience in a lean manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting

• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for up to 8 hours per day
