Growing and dynamic Aerospace company is looking to hire MULTIPLE Assembler's who have worked in the Aerospace or Manufacturing industry.
Skills/Qualifications:
-PCBA experience.
-IPC-610/J-STD compliance.
-High School Diploma or GED minimum.
-Ability to read and follow instructions, attention to detail, manual dexterity, basic math, and strong teamwork.
-May involve basic electronics knowledge, but some roles require IPC (Association Connecting -Electronics Industries) standards experience for quality.
-Work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, potentially requiring overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assembly: Connecting electronic components (resistors, capacitors, ICs) onto circuit boards and into casings using methods like soldering, micro-welding, riveting, or bolting.
-Reading Technical Docs: Interpreting work orders, blueprints, and production drawings accurately.
-Quality Control: Testing assemblies for proper operation, identifying defects, and replacing faulty parts.
-Component Installation: Installing finished assemblies or subassemblies into final product enclosures.
-Work Area Maintenance: Keeping the work area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
Teamwork: Collaborating with other production team members.
-Process Improvement: Identifying issues and contributing ideas for better efficiency.
