A well-established and growing manufacturing company in Fremont is looking for reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join their team. No experience is required. They will train candidates who are dependable, punctual, and willing to work overtime. The company specializes in the conformal coating and encapsulation (potting) of printed circuit board assemblies.

Responsibilities:
-Prepare printed circuit boards for conformal coating using masking materials
-Mask and de-mask circuit boards following drawings and instructions
-Perform staking, potting, and coating as assigned
-Operate automated dispensing/coating equipment as trained
-Select the correct tools needed for masking and demasking tasks

Qualifications:
-No experience required – full training provided
-Must be dependable, punctual, and able to maintain excellent attendance
-Must be willing and able to work overtime
-Strong hand–eye coordination and ability to work on very small, delicate components
-Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams
-Detail oriented with the ability to stay focused on precision tasks
-Experience with PCB conformal coating or encapsulation is a plus but not required
