We’re seeking Operators/Assemblers to join our team and support the manufacturing and testing of our innovative products. This role is critical in ensuring the production and quality of our devices meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Support manufacturing build and production demands.
• Accurately complete documentation, including device batch records (DHR) and other data history records.
• Perform device testing, collect data, and provide feedback to engineering teams as needed.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Manufacturing Work Instructions.
• Utilize tools such as microscopes, tweezers, glue dispensers, and other handheld tools.
• Escalate issues to engineers, management, or peers effectively and promptly.
• Adhere to quality policies, company code of conduct, and operating procedures.
• Maintain lab organization through housekeeping (5S) practices.
• Use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in laboratory environments.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Be flexible to work across different manufacturing facilities as needed.
• Work overtime based on production demands.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or line leaders.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent (English reading/writing proficiency).
• 2–5 years of experience in an ISO-regulated environment (experience in FDA-regulated medical device manufacturing preferred).
• COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.
• Successful completion of a background check.
Preferred:
• Strong hands-on assembly skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.
• Consistency and accuracy in performing repetitive tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
