We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled PCB Assembler to join our team. This role requires exceptional dexterity and precision to prepare, mask, coat, and inspect printed circuit boards (PCBs) to meet the highest quality standards. If you enjoy hands-on work with delicate components and take pride in accuracy, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare printed circuit boards for conformal coating using appropriate masking materials.
Mask and de-mask PCBs per drawings, process documentation, and instructions.
Perform staking, potting, and coating operations as directed.
Operate automated dispensing/coating robots as required.
Select and use the correct tools for masking/demasking tasks.

Qualifications:
Exceptional dexterity and ability to work with very small, delicate components under a microscope.
Ability to read, interpret, and follow PCB drawings and process documentation.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Familiarity with ISO9001, AS9100, and other industry quality standards.
Experience with PCB conformal coating and encapsulation (preferred, not required).
