Entry-Level Assembler – Onsite (Santa Barbara or Goleta)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay: $21-$27
Competitive – PLUS $$ for soldering experience!

Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to kickstart a career in manufacturing or electronics assembly? We’re looking for a reliable Entry-Level Assembler to join our growing team in Santa Barbara or Goleta. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a clean, team-oriented environment with room to grow!

What You’ll Do:
Assemble mechanical and/or electronic components according to specifications

Use hand tools, power tools, or microscopes as needed

Follow detailed instructions and diagrams

Inspect and test finished products for quality

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Work with a team to meet production deadlines

Preferred (but not required):
Soldering experience – through-hole or surface mount

We pay more if you can solder!

What We’re Looking For:
High attention to detail

Willingness to learn and take direction

Punctual and dependable

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Previous assembly or production experience is a plus, but not required

This is a full-time, onsite role. We’re seeking candidates who are ready to start right away and excited to build their future from the ground up!
