We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronic & Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our production team. This role plays a critical part in assembling high-quality transformers and inductors used in a variety of specialized applications.
What You'll Do:
As a member of our assembly team, you’ll be responsible for some of the most complex and precise manufacturing tasks, including:
Assembling intricate sub-assemblies and final units using techniques such as soldering, winding, molding, potting, and coating
Performing in-process testing and inspections to ensure products meet detailed specifications
Accurately maintaining production records and documentation
Operating specialized tools and test equipment including microscopes, voltmeters, ohmmeters, micrometers, and more
Working with care in a clean, climate-controlled environment
What You’ll Need:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and training
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in transformer assembly or similar precision type work
Skills: Excellent hand-eye coordination, strong visual acuity, and the ability to distinguish colors
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally rarely, with some bending and stooping
Additional: no history of dermatitis
