Job Title: Assemblers – Entry Level to Skilled
Location: Ventura, CA
Pay: $22–$27/hour (based on experience)

We are currently hiring Assemblers for a growing manufacturing company in Ventura! Whether you're just starting your career or have years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or soldering, we have positions available for all skill levels.

Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical and/or electronic assembly of products

Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Conduct quality inspections on finished products

Perform soldering (training provided for entry-level roles)

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Follow safety and production standards

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, assembly, or soldering experience is a plus, but not required

Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination

Ability to work in a team environment and meet production deadlines

Reliable and punctual

Shifts: Full-time positions available, multiple shifts may be offered
