Buscamos un(a) Asistente de Gerente dinámico(a) y responsable para restaurante de comida rápida en Guaynabo. Será responsable de apoyar al Gerente en la supervisión diaria de operaciones, manejo de personal y servicio al cliente, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad y servicio.
Requisitos:
• Experiencia previa en fast food o posiciones de supervisión
• Habilidad para liderar equipos de trabajo
• Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos, fines de semana y feriados
• Buenas destrezas de comunicación
• Orientado(a) a resultados y servicio al cliente
