About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Office Services Associate to support daily office operations. This is a client-facing role that includes reception, mailroom, print services, hospitality, and general office support. The position may require working at multiple office locations and adapting to changing business needs.

Additional Skills

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and provide professional customer service.

Answer and forward incoming phone calls.

Manage mailroom operations, including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages.

Handle print production tasks such as printing, assembling, and binding documents.

Maintain office printers by replenishing paper and toner and clearing minor jams.

Schedule and coordinate conference rooms using Outlook and other tools.

Support meeting room setup and breakdown.

Communicate with customers and employees via Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and in person.

Assist with stocking kitchen supplies and maintaining clean, organized common areas.

Provide additional office support duties as needed.


Qualifications: 
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Comfortable using Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Experience: 
Reception, front desk, hospitality, mailroom, or office services experience.

Print production experience.

Law firm or professional services experience.


Schedule:

Monday – Friday

Shifts may vary: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Must be flexible to work between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM as needed.

Overtime may occasionally be required.

May be reassigned to different office locations with short notice.


Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Comfortable performing tasks related to mailroom operations, shipping/receiving, and conference room setup.
